MOROCCO: Breakfast in Chefchaouen
Written by Lea
Somewhere on the way from Casablanca to Sahara desert, we have decided to stop by in charming Chefchaouen. It has been said it is a cool place and we will love it! So we went. And we did! It was pretty cold there, I must admit, raining almost all the time, something like London, however the tourists around there were pretty cool, small groups of kinda hippies and easy-going young travellers from Spain, Portugal and England mostly. Chefchaouen is a place to chill, since the unpleasant weather outside it’s mostly about sitting on a pile of pillows over your hot tea, smoking shisha and sharing stories with others fellows in some cute hostel.
This is just a short video tease from one random breakfast in our stunning hostel in Chefchaouen. As I mentioned, it was cold and rainy outside so we made some nice hot mint tea before we went for a walk around all blue walls city.
By the way, we highly recommend to arm yourself with a good quality flask anywhere you go, it can save your life, or at least, make your cold-to-be trip warmer. (e.g. We used Primus and we love it! Worth to invest.)
